Fia's European Fusion is a bistro where the Chef pours his heart and soul into every dish.
Where did the name Fia's come from you may ask? It is named after the Chef's mother Ofelia, but known to friends and family as "Fia".
Ofelia is the one who introduced the world of culinary to Chef Adam Ornellas at a young age. It is these memories which give Chef Adam his love, passion and respect to the food he prepares for every guest that comes in.
European Fusion is the cuisines of Portugal, Spain, Italy, and French/Creole. The Chef takes bits and pieces of each country and combines them into a creation of his desire.
